I agreed with Hugh that it would take 3 years of good recruiting for us to be competitive. I didn’t expect this screwed us mess with the offensive coaches. For two years we’ve watched offense by committee. Hugh needs to take total control of play calling or find an offensive coordinator who can run the offense. We’ve got three coaches calling plays and there’s no consistency. One man needs to run the show!
