This article is the biggest lie I have seen in a long time. They think that CA has power outages because it was so hot and that is a result of climate change. Not once do they say "hey we dont produce enough power to serve our clients, we need to build more power capabilities." Instead they blame climate change for it being to hot. What a bunk of ****ing loons. Just once it would be good for someone to own up to the needs of the people instead of whining about their lack of planning and blaming it on something that they all knew was coming. La Nina makes it hot and dry, no shit. Guess what is next? It will be rainy and cold. It is predictable.
