Good evening, Bunk. That was quite the game, wasn't it!
@Daniel Locke and I spoke to plenty of recruits as they left Auburn today and will have stories popping out later this week. Here's a quick overview.
It was a widely successful Junior Day, Auburn had over 30 of its top targets show up. Lots of in-state guys, plenty from Georgia, along with Mississippi, New Jersey and Maryland. Notable no shows included Marquez Daniel, Jaquez Wilkes and Jabian Shabazz.
However, some of the top guys that did show up included 5-star OL Immanuel Iheanacho, 5-star RB Derrek Cooper, 4-star WR Tristen Keys, 4-star WR Cederian Morgan, 4-star DL Bryce Perry-Wright, 4-star DL Earnest Rankins, Texas A&M TE commit Xavier Tiller, Maryland DE commit Zion Elee and 4-star S Jireh Edwards. Plus, all six 2026 commits (Hezekiah Harris, Shadarius Toodle, Wayne Henry, Jamichael Garrett, Devin Carter and Denairius Gray) attended.

Some quick notes:
- Devin Carter (2026 WR - AU commit) spent all day with WR Tristen Keys, trying to get him here. Said that Deuce Knight was a big reason why he committed. Also mentioned that the staff recruited him harder than anyone when he was undecided, and felt that nothing changed when he returned today. Expect an OV this spring or summer.
- Nassir McCoy (2026 S) thought it was well put together, and his favorite part was how the coaches interacted with everyone. Said they're doing everything right at the moment and will "for sure" get an OV.
- Anthony Davis (2026 LB) loved spending time with DJ Durkin, Auburn's definitely top three for him. Decision coming in the summer, will take an OV to Auburn.
- Earnest Rankings (2026 DL) likes how Vontrell King-Williams coaches. Auburn is one of his favorites, top three. Likes the tradition, work ethic and how authentic the coaches are. "Definitely coming back" for an OV.
- Tristen Keys (2026 WR) got to chill with some of the guys this morning to see how he'd fit in. He can picture himself in this environment. Named Deuce Knight, Anquon Fegans specifically. Headed to Toomer's after the game to roll the trees. Auburn is "pretty high" on his board. Likely coming back on an OV.
- Jaydin Broadanax (2026 CB) feels like he could have a decision within the next three to six weeks. Auburn in the picture along with Florida, Michigan, Louisville, Florida State. Coach Crime is probably the "realest" coach he's talked with.
- Bryce Perry-Wright (2026 DL) said it felt like you were in Jordan Hare Stadium with how loud it was in Neville Arena. That relationship gets stronger and stronger. Two freshman All Americans back to back definitely shows that Vontrell King-Williams is legit, Auburn is "pretty high," everything is open. Spring practice next visit, OV.
- Trenton Henderson (2026 DE) took his third visit, he loved the environment and the home feeling. Loves Coach Roc Bellantoni. Bellantoni coming to see him at school showed him how much of a priority he is. Feels like Auburn is high on his list. Florida State, Alabama, Vanderbilt, Tennessee, LSU are some other programs involved his recruitment. Visiting Bama next week. Decision before senior season.
- Jabarrius Garror (2027 DE) said that Hugh Freeze is the main guy talking to him and he said it was big that Freeze came to his school. Auburn's message to him is that they want him to come see Auburn. He said he may come back at "anytime."
- Parker Pritchett (2026 OL) said Freeze came to his school and told him he was a priority. That's pretty much why he visited for Junior Day. Said it was great and he enjoyed being on campus. Seeing the game was hype and a good experience. Him and Auburn have been in contact for a while now, one of his top schools and plans to come back for a spring visit. June decision.
- Travis Burgess (2026 QB) said it was awesome to get to Auburn. Sat down and went over some film, Auburn sits high on his mind and wants to get the family back down for a visit. Plans to visit for a spring practice.
- Xavier Tiller (2026 TE — Texas A&M commit) said he saw that Auburn fans aren't just Auburn football fans. Auburn is "definitely" still in the mix, plans to visit in the spring and take an OV Alabama and Louisville also making a push for him.
- Immanuel Iheanacho (2026 OL) said he'll probably get back here in the spring and assess whether or not this is an OV spot for him. Loved getting to meet with Coach Dom and learn more about strength, conditioning and nutrition plans. Auburn probably 5th or 6th for him.
- Cederian Morgan (2026 WR) said Auburn has a "great chance" with him. He's gonna take several visits to get a good feel for everyone. Him and Coach Davis know each other real well.
- Ezavier Crowell (2026 RB) learned a lot from Coach Freeze and Coach Nix about Auburn and the RBs they produce. One of his top schools and believes they're an official visit spot for him. Not in a decision at all to make a decision.
- Derrek Cooper got to meet with Freeze and Nix, this was his second ever visit to Auburn. Still a long way to go in his recruitment, but Auburn is amongst his top schools right now.
- Zion Elee said the culture stood out to him about his first trip to Auburn. Wayne Dorsey, who was just added on staff, came from St. Frances and that connection is big. Definitely still solid on his recruitment with Maryland, but is going to continue to stay in contact with Auburn — again, a lot of that has to do with Dorsey.
- Jireh Edwards likes the environment of Auburn, always has a great time whenever he visits. Tigers in his top five and has a good relationship with DJ Durkin. Describes him and Coach Crime as one-of-a-kind. Official visit will happen.
- Wayne Henry feels great about his commitment to Auburn, trying to get Zion Elee and Jireh Edwards on board with him.
- He'll return the weekend before A-Day (April 5) and likely will bring Elee and Edwards with him.
