... but since Jamie Foxx and Leo are friends, and Jamie was "allegedly" scheduled to testify on the same situation (remember I said IF) ... someone else suggested Jamie (who apparently had an accident or an illness or a bad turn of events) was targeted so he couldn't testify. I never made that claim.
