But blaming the coaches is stupid to me. Seeing the board and just listened to the “locked on” podcast, and the amount of second guessing and hindsight analysis is amazing, particularly from people who are supposed to be “experts” on sports.
What I noticed was a few of our players had bad games for what we’ve gotten used to, we didn’t execute and made some critically bad choices in 2nd half, we missed some big shots, and more than anything, Clayton and UF made huge shots and big plays.
I hate to see this team not win a championship but let’s not act like we were just loaded with talent. BP got the best out of these guys like he always does and we came up just short. It came down to just a few missed opportunities on our end and UF took advantage of some of theirs. Coaching was not just good on both ends, we saw incredible coaching on both ends.
