Until I find a way to actually contact them. All I want to do is prevent an auto renew of my subscription.
If that is not possible, I will just cancel. But.....I can't reach them. The phone numbers I find are out of
service. The 'chat' option costs money to use. I've not found an email that works. It is like Rivals has built
this moat around them and defied customers to figure out of to breach it. I've so far failed, but I will keep
posting till someone, somewhere in Rivals responds to my request.
