I really just can’t though. There’s no excuse for us getting boat raced by teams that should not be in our league in the portal. It is clockwork now that AU expresses interest in a portal player, if they’re good they receive multiple offers, and most of the time don’t choose AU.
If you’re not in OTV you’re part of the problem. Last I knew Ole Miss fan involvement with their NIL was practically four times AU fan involvement. We should never be losing to OM. In anything. The other part of the problem is administrative. Constant excuses about academics and we don’t even give these guys a tangible number, just a historical range they can expect. We have far too many holes to just be fixed by good freshmen.
