** Excited to be back in Jordan-Hare. It's been a while. Excited for our fans. Excited to see if we can continue to improve each week. Will be a test with a very good Vandy team, which is well coached.
** On Walker White being on scout team: It's a challenge to develop them. The good thing is Walker is a self-motivator and is going to stay afterwards and get extra work on the drills. It's difficult to get quality reps this time of year. Spring practice will be an opportunity. It's usually that second spring that QB's come into their own. Freeze says he does spend a lot of time talking with Walker about leadership and his future.
** Really proud for Jarquez Hunter. He's one of the league leaders in rushing now and hopefully we can keep him there.
** Time of possession is huge in this game. Against NMSU, Auburn got the ball first with 5 mins left in first quarter. Bama got very few offensive snaps against Vandy. It will be a huge component of this game.
** On defensive assignments against Vandy: Freeze said he's been friends with Jerry Kill for a long time. They've got an incredible staff. Every one of our players will have to do their assignment on every snap and sometimes that's not enough.
** On Auburn's WR's: We're improving every week. Dre has been way up there and the rest of the guys are pretty young. We've committed to developing the young kids and they're improving each week. Still have a ways to go but that's normal.
