I noted this in my obsessive Wiley Watch thread but thought that this needed it's on post.
Per my source there will be further conversations between AU and the appeal committee this afternoon.
Huge news.
Edit: I'm not predicting anything, only reporting that talks will continue. He probably will still be ruled ineligible but there is at least a small chance or they would have closed the book on Wiley yesterday.
