What would you do? What is your solution? Everyone wants to complain, but I haven’t seen any suggestions on how to fix it.
More training? I’m sure they have extensive training along with camps, tests fil study, etc
Pay them more?
I was a high school coach for 20 years and I certainly yelled at my fair share of officials, I quit coaching in 2018 and started reffing high school basketball, I also umpire softball and have called volleyball as well. After reffing for about 10 games my first year, I realized I probably owe a bunch of refs an apology. I did not realize how hard it is. Most people yelling from the stands don’t want to do it.
So how would you fix it?
