On the Brain Drain, @jhead34382 compared Freeze’s offense running through the QB with Bruce’s running through the PG. Every play runs through the QB, whether it’s pre-snap reads and checks, adjusted protections, post-snap reads, etc.
How complex is it, and how long does it take a QB to learn it? Peyton has been here two years, and he doesn’t have it down. Maybe Hank does, he just can’t read protections? Walker is a deer in headlights trying to run it, apparently.
So how complex is it, and why can’t he simplify it or come up with variations of it these guys can execute?
