These are in addition to the 10% they lost from their highs this year before today.
So either he reverses course and makes the best deals he can or we get a recession and very little growth for yesrs. I’m guessing they are FOS on no negotiations but I think they at least keep 10% as minimum tariff on every country. What he can get done if anything with China, Mexico, Canada, EU will decide if this is extended.
