Remember this like it was yesterday…..I was a senior in high school and getting ready to start my Freshman year at Auburn. This was in Albany, NY and was practically a home game for Syracuse. AU got off to a slow start but battled back in the 2nd half but could never quite get over the hump. I remember Marquis Daniels went absolutely nuclear during our run….and it would be 15 years before we made the Tourney again lol
