Hello my treasure coast triathletes family! Just figured I’d let everyone know that tonight at 10:30pm I will be starting my attempt at crossing the English Channel. A lot of people have asked for details when I’ll swim and how to track so figured I’d post it here. Thanks for all the best of lucks and well wishes!! Hopefully message again when I’m in France. But mannnn that water is cold!!
