** Very excited to get back in Jordan-Hare for another opportunity. Hopefully, we can improve on the things we didn't do well against Ole Miss last week.
** Damari Alston has been in non-contact jerseys first two practices this week, but Freeze believes he'll be released for full contact before the Mississippi State game and be good to go.
** Freeze is in favor of using mics in player's helmets to communicate plays, which would help prevent sign stealing.
** Talked to team Monday about facing closed doors or unmet expectations. That's going to happen throughout life and it's how we deal with them. The key is not to disengage. Thought they had one of their best Tuesday practices this week.
** Eugene Asante in an important leader on the field. He was elected to culture counsel but is a bit more reserved off the field.
