Starks has moved up his commitment announcement to 9 tonight. He previously was scheduled to announce on Sunday.

Starks says he is choosing Auburn, LSU, Arkansas or Georgia. No reason to think he doesn't choose in-state LSU. Auburn made a big move for him back in the spring, but he has not returned.
