Reports are in, this March, the monthly deficit was $168 Billion. Which is a ton, until you realize that in Feb the deficit was nearly 2x March’s -- $307 billion. Also compare to the $236 billion deficit a year ago, 2025 is a whopping 32% lower. Spending - well, it fell 7.1%.
The lowest deficit since March of 2020.
This is how you make the nation stronger, by not mortgaging the future. Still a ton of work to do, but the trend is in the right direction.
