I ask because I have tried without success to actually communicate
with them. They seem to deliberately make it difficult to reach them.
What I want to tell them is to not auto-renew later this year. But I've not
been able to crack the code to get though to them. I"m getting the
impression their 'support' team is one guy in India who works part time.
