what was the difference in these two and how is that recognizable when looking around the country for coaching talent?
for instance when looking in Grines direction or Sanders?
I realize one of these 4 mentioned have never been a HEAD coach but discount that fact for a minute.
Harsin and Frost had head coaching experience that didn’t carry them further at the next level.
Also what in your mind would it take to pry a guy like Huepel from a place like UT? Even if you’re not Oklahoma ?
Is his resurrection of UT still to be proven legit? Is it just lightening in a bottle?
Will he go the way of Chizik and Orgeron? Or will he go the way of Dabo or Kirby?
