This will get controversial but if it saves 1 person it's worth it. First of all get vaccinated don't be like me and fighting for your life before u wake up and do a little research. 2nd if you test positive I recommend taking Ivermectin and the proper dosage of vitamin c,d,and zinc. I was told by the local clinic to go home take the vitamins but they didn't give me a dosage so I was taking the recommend daily from the bottle. Which was only 1/10th of the protocol for covid. After being admitted to the hospital. The first thing my doctor ordered was Ivermectin. And the vitamins along with 5 days of iv remdisvr and antibiotics. She said Ivermectin is much more effective in the first 5 days. I was on day 10 so she said we were in for a fight. She also explained that Ivermectin is so cheap that big pharmaceutical companies pressure the FDA to not approve it for covid. My dad took cow version of Ivermectin on day 6 and avoided being hospitalized. He was worse than me till that point. And both of us were taking antibiotics and steroids by day 6. He improved between day 6-10 and I took a turn for the worse and couldn't breath by day 10. 4 Er trips later I was finally admitted at Hellen Keller. I believe Ivermectin works. If you are against it atleast take the proper vitamins dosage. And also get the infusion within the first 5 days. I have been at home on home oxygen for 3 weeks. I'm feeling much better and only have to use my oxygen when I'm doing something physical or standing for long periods. And I'm down from 5 liters to 2 with a puffer instead of constant. Still get short of breath and have to rest but blessed to be home and able to get out of the house. Today I bushhogged my deer plots and disc them. Tomorrow seed goes out. WAR EAGLE.

Vitamin C 500mg at least Six times a day. At least 10 times a day in the liposomal form.
Zinc 50mg twice a day
Quercetin 250mg twice a day. We can't even get this one anymore.
Melatonin 30mg three times a day.

N-Acetyl Cysteine 600mg three times a day
Niacin 500mg three times a day. The immediate release, not the time release.

here’s the deal with ivermectin. We’ve got no study yet to prove it doesn’t work. Look, nobody thinks it does, and there’s no quality evidence for it, but if someone asks for it I’ll give it. Also no evidence for vitamins btw.
the crucial, and i mean crucial thing, is that you don’t exclude other treatments because of ivermectin. Your doctor gives you ivermectin, whatever. Your doctor gives you ivermectin in lieu of a vaccine or antibodies then that’s malpractice. That person’s costing lives and I’d like their medical license.
also, one final point. One person’s experience is not a study. You got better, that’s great, I’m truly happy for that. It doesn’t mean what you did works for others.

That could be from a number of things. The first thing I try is to reduce nitrogen intake. Basically don't eat much meat or drink any caffeine. See if this has any effect over about a week. If it doesn't, then I try something else.
Reducing nitrogen (animal protein) has a huge effect on the bacteria in our GI tract. I try to alter their levels first.

I do, the data for it is it increases your antibodies 100 fold, so the thought is you should be better protected. No rush though, natural immunity is pretty dang good.

The fact my dad is twice my age improved day 6-10 and I developed covid pneumonia while being 31 with no prior health conditions. I believe ivermectin works as well as many doctors I have seen.
