My quick thoughts:
- shout out to Pensacola for making this list - was not expecting that.
- Greenville, SC kinda surprised me.. I have always heard it's a pretty cool town but I've never been.. good for them.
- Savannah and Charleston both top 5 in the small cities list... that's definitely a cool region.
- Milwaukee at #3 large city was definitely a shocker.. I have never been there but seems too highly ranked at #3.
- Chicago at #1 surprised me, but everyone that goes there raves about how cool it is, and international travelers I speak to seem to love it.. it just gets a bad rap by certain media outlets which is probably undeserved.
