What is your opinion on Latin workers and have you noticed any changes over the years.. obviously I'm referring to Mexican/Guatemalan workers.. I have always been told they are the best workers but honestly I haven't been too impressed with the ones that I have now and have had in the past. Overall they do good work , but seem to be really slow, almost seems as if they are milking the clock.. I'm a white guy and will work circles around them. Also, wanted to know if they are loyal or will they typically leave as soon as someone offers more $?
