We are set to speak with Auburn head coach Bruce Pearl as the No. 1 Tigers prepare to travel to Baton Rouge and take on LSU on Wednesday night.

Follow along and refresh for all updates.

*** Nothing is going to be easy in this league. LSU is 10-1 at home. Only loss was to Vanderbilt. They played at Alabama and led in the second half and played well.

*** Continues to be about matchups. LSU's guards can really score and get downhill. Provides one-on-one challenges. Carter leads the SEC in conference games scoring.

*** LSU's front line is really athletic. They like to play fast. They do a good job in transition. This is another Quad 1 opportunity for us. For LSU this is a game where if they win they can get into the NCAA Tournament.

*** Wants to reach out to the parents of kids who attend AU that are from down in the Baton Rouge area and tell them to come over because tickets are still available.

*** Chaney: "It speaks to the character of those two kids. I actually asked Chaney yesterday during practice what about moving Johni back in the starting lineup." - Said Chaney appreciated BP asking and said he had no problem with it.

*** On Broome: "He pulled a Willis Reed. He really did. We don't win without him."

*** Tahaad and Chaney: "They are both starters."

*** On gate rush incidents: BP hasn't been involved in discussions. Mentions that the students were amazing for GameDay and the game in making a difference.

*** On Tahaad playing 14 minutes: "He had two early fouls in the first half." Mentions there was a lot of time left in the first half. It was definitely just foul trouble.

*** Cam Carter can really score. He has the ultimate green light. Sears has great range and has blow by speed as well.

*** LSU is one of the most athletic teams in the SEC according to BP.

*** "Road games (wins) are going to be precious and few. Hopefully we can get our share." - mentions only Auburn and Alabama are undefeated on the road in SEC play so far.

*** BP says the guys have been good so far this year about being excited to play everyone.

*** On Denver continuing to play defense despite offensive struggles: "We've talked about the fact that Denver is one of the best defensive guards in the game. His whole life he's been a better offensive player than defensive player so he's evaluated himself on what kind of offensive game he has. He wants to score and be productive offensively, so it bothers him when he doesn't score."

*** Mentions that all teams have to evolve during the season when opposing teams start taking away what things they are good at.

*** On defensive stands late in games: "I would say right now, Miles Kelly and Denver Jones and CBM and Dylan Cardwell and Johni Broome are elite defenders. Tahaad is a special offensive player who can make plays defensively. And Chaney made the best defensive play of the game late."

*** On Jahki saying he wants to be a better teammate and handling emotion better: "One of things you have to be reminded about is that they are still kids. They are 18-19-20 years old. Chad Baker is a little older. Chris Moore is a little older. As a result, they are working on their emotions. I'm 64 and I'm still working on my emotions."

*** On being better on the boards: "I don't know if it was the message because they can be responding to my message and LSU is athletically equipped to jump over us and through us." - BP said they talked about Tennessee's two losses was when they didn't dominate the boards.

That's it for BP. Have a great Tuesday!
