Barring a last-minute change, Derrick Brown, Marlon Davidson and Prince Tega Wanogho Jr. will represent the Tigers in Hoover next week for the 2019 SEC Media Days, a source within the program tells me. Auburn will announce in a few hours.
Not really much of a surprise with those three as they're some of the unquestioned leaders for Auburn's 2019 squad. Tega and Davidson will undoubtedly be represented on preseason All-SEC teams in some capacity, while Brown is being heralded by some as the top defensive tackle in the nation. All three could be first rounders next spring.
By my count, this will be the first time Auburn's media days crew is all linemen since the Tigers sent OL Kendall Simmons and DE James Callier to Birmingham in 2001.
