TEAM STATS
really good offense, average defense. we havent really faced a team like this yet (houston and iowa state more defense focused)
on offense-
they go fast, they draw fouls, they dont turn it over
outside of that they are prettty average. so gameplan should be- dont let them get in transition + slow the ball down + dont foul. easier said than done
also most of their buckets arent through assists
on defense-
they guard the paint pretty well (forcing tough shots not necessarily through blocks) and they dont foul
biggest weakness-
rebounding
the players=
it really comes down to the 3headed monster of trimble + rj davis + cadeau
they are really good at getting in the paint and finishing at the rim or drawing the foul
cadeau and wasington foul a lot, something we can take advantage of
our guards will have to step up on defense big time. gotta stay in front tonight, gotta block of lanes that they want to drive in. if they dont, our bigs could get in foul trouble quickly
