Breakfast-ish game grilling recs

I finally have that flat top @Docdumpsta forced me to get and want to do some grilling pre-game. Obviously, eggs, sausage, bacon, bacon, bacon & some bacon... but what else experts? Maybe I wait and start at 10ish and add some lunch stuff - that's what I don't know what to do - any help? Maybe @SH0RTS can help me? IDK....
