Just purchased a home and noticed droppings all throughout the attic. Had two pest control guys come out and give an estimate. Both said its probably a 3-4 out of 10 in terms of quantity and nesting. Both also said that the insulation needed to be completely removed and replaced after the holes are patched. One quote was $3500 and the other was $2900. Both seem crazy high. Anyone else had this problem?
