I’m not even sure if that is what I have but I injured my back playing basketball years ago and I think that is what it is. I turned to pass and when I twisted it felt like someone twisted a screw driver in my back. I was hunched over like an old man and couldn’t breathe hardly. Went to the chiropractor twice and was able to stand up straight and felt better but ever since then there has always been a numb feeling on my lower back right above my butt.
Anyway, over the years, if I tried to do certain movements it would “catch” and I would have to chill out for like a week and it would be fine. I did it again yesterday trying to do some kettlebell lifts. I have lost about 25 pounds and looking to lose more so I hope that will help bc I don’t want surgery but I am walking so gingerly today and am tired of this limiting me. I do not want surgery. So hopefully some of you guys have some experience with this.
