As mentioned in a previous thread I did various MMA for 20+ years. After tearing the same MCL 3x in as many years "wrastling" I don't retired. It's been a few years and I'm weak and pathetic.
I just joined the gym (mind you I have grown kids and grandbaby on the way) but I have no idea what to do. I did some free weights here in there at my old gym but mostly used the BJk, wrestling, boxing, etc as my exercise.
What's a good routine for a ground zero guy in his golden years?

Nothing hard on my knees of possible especially torque wise.
Also to jump start this process I'm thinking of starting with Anvar and Winstrol
Will I need aramosin jk asking for a research paper
