BOWL GAME SELECTIONS 2018
The following Bowl Game Selections for the 2018 college football season can be found below and on our Bowl Projections page. Both of these pages will have bowl updates and our College Football Today predictions for each bowl game leading up to our 2019 College Football Today High School All-American Bowl in Addison,Texas.
TOP 4 COLLEGE FOOTBALL TEAMS 2018
Lets take a look at how our College Football Playoff model would project this year in College Football Today.
SEC Championship - #1 Alabama vs #5 Georgia
Big Ten Championship - #22 NorthWestern vs #6 Ohio St
ACC Championship - #2 Clemson vs #23 Pitt
Big 12 Championship - #7 Oklahoma vs #15 Texas
PAC-12 Championship - #8 Washington vs #19 Utah
Wow, so we would automatically have Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Washington in the College Football 8 Team Playoff as automatic Power 5 Conference winning bids for the right to compete in the CFP. The remaining three teams are now very visibly easy to mostly everyone involved with this selection process and they would be as follows: Notre Dame, Georgia and UCF. The winning streak UCF has been able to produce has been quite fun to watch and they were able to complete yet another undefeated season in the American Conference. Many would argue for others for that remaining 8th ranking in the College Football Playoff, but their overall body of work would then be much harder to look past.

HS ALL AMERICAN FOOTBALL GAME
The Scout Trout All-American Bowl was held at the 2018 NFL Reese's Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama and was our first ever successful bowl event in terms of producing over 100 scholarship offers out of one game in total. Many FBS teams attended, like South Alabama, who are currently recruiting Top RB recruit Jay Stanton. This year, we moved our 2019 All-American Bowl to Dallas,TX at Alfred J Loos Sports Complex and our Bowl is now known as the College Football Today All-American Bowl. Most of the best CFB plays in 2018 were run out of very similar formations and sets that we use at College Football Today to enhance each Student-Athletes' recruiting experience by finding the right scheme for each athlete in our All-American Bowl.
