About to see if Harsin got the shot or not...

I stand with Harsin.
Whichever way her chooses to go? He could very well be vaccinated at this point. So, are you going to be a vocal supporter of vaccines if he is now, or chooses to become vaccinated? Or only if he takes the position that he will not become vaccinated?

At least Congress is holding themselves to the same standards and mandates the government is imposing on its people…
That is a TBD. Some members of congress are holding themselves to that standard. An Executive Order of this type cannot be applied to the Legislative or Judicial Branches. That would violate the whole "separation of powers' thing we all learned about in school, or I hope to Auburn Jesus that we all did. Each congressional office sets their own policies on vaccine mandates, at least until OSHA makes their own rules in response to the Exec Order. Just for some numbers, 100% of congressional Dems and Senators are vaccinated. 92% of Republican Senators are, and, reported numbers show that 51% of congressional GOPs are vaccinated, although over 20% refused to answer the question (wonder why, lol) so, that number is likely at least in the 60'S now.

There are no rules in effect. Companies are reacting to possible regulations coming from OSHA, which if issued, will be challenged, and litigated all the way to the Supreme Court on an expedited basis.

The details of Biden’s emergency regulation, which will come from the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration and applies to private employers with 100 or more workers, haven’t been developed yet.

Meanwhile, private companies with more than 100 employees will be subject to a forthcoming rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration requiring all employees to be vaccinated or get tested weekly. Biden announced the regulation weeks ago, but the agency is still drafting the particulars.
Without injunctive relief, which has not been granted at this point a month after the EO even with lawsuits filed demanding expedited relief, the STATE of ALABAMA's own office has determined to not even fvck around with this and told both Universities to get on board and require it of all employees. Auburn and Alabama did not make this decision in a vacuum. The State and both schools have entirely too much money to lose to play chicken with the federal government over this.

I’ll stand with him for making an individual choice for him and his family that HE decides, no one else.

And HE has that right today, tomorrow and December 8th if he is not vaccinated. He can choose to remain unvaccinated, he will simply lose his job as things sit today.

And I will stand with him and wish our next coach the power of individual thought as well.
