I've ever cook was done yesterday. I had so much to do I went with Kinders turkey brine and seasoning (I usually make my own) brine for 24 hrs rinsed patted dry and rubbed wit mayo and added seasoning pack. Smoked to 160 and put in my cambro and they got up to 166, I took them 40 mins away to the inlaws and then hit them wit the torch to dry the skin and crisp up a little. THEY WERE DELISH, everyone said they were the best they eva eaten. So I want to give a shout out to whoeva posted about using the mayo instead of oil/butta shit did the trick. I've used mayo wit seafood seasoning on fish for ova 40 yrs but neva thought of using it on tuerkey but it will be a goto from now on. Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and made it home safely if you travelled.
