Georgia State Game Thoughts

Obviously, Broome getting hurt is the headliner. Really hoping he’s back quickly because our rebounding enterprise, on the defensive end, really struggled.

It’s almost hilarious to say this after scoring 100 points but our offensive flow was also off for large chunks of the night. A lot of one on one matchups instead of ball movement. That will work against Georgia State but not against stronger teams — especially if Broome misses any length of time.

Chaney was a monster. What a luxury to have a guy like him step in for Broome. Two rebounds shy of a double double but an overall incredible effort.

Tahaad really struggled tonight. Very loose with the ball. It says he had two turnovers but I think I counted three. Not too worried about him though because he shows up in big games.

How did we cover the Vegas spread? Looked like for sure we wouldn’t. Ridiculous effort in the second half. Would have been an even bigger win if we could have rebounded on the defensive end.

Nice response by the team when their centerpiece was take out. We do have to get Broome healthy ASAP.

What supplements are you currently taking and why?

Also, have you noticed an effect?

Fish Oil - Take it for cardiovascular health. Skin does feel softer when I'm on it (that effect usually takes about 30 days).

ZMA - Take for overall health and as a sleep aid. It definitely helps me stay asleep, gives vivid dreams, and morning wood.

PQQ - For blood pressure and overall health. Didn't notice it improving blood pressure much, but that's hereditary for me. I do feel "better" when I'm taking it.


Considering:

Lions Mane - I've been dealing with a little brain fog and have heard good things about this helping to alleviate that.

Colostrum Supplement - Overall health.
