After the deputy responded to a call at the wrong apartment....
Sr. Airman Roger Fortson (23) was on a facetime call with his girlfriend when the deputy knocked on his door. Girlfriend says he didn't see anyone through the peephole, got worried and retrieved his legally owned firearm. After opening the door, the deputy saw him with this gun and shot him 6 times.
Deputy has been placed on admin leave pending investigation.
