My sons best friend apparently has something called an aortic dissection and had emergency surgery last night. He is stable but not out if the woods yet. Luckily the on call doctor at Duke was an expert in this and knew the best treatment/action to take last night so he has already had one miracle in the last 12 hours.
His name is Jack and he is 12…I cannot imagine what that young man and his family are going through right now. If you are so inclined please lift up some prayers for Jack and his family.
