This is pretty hilarious. Disney quietly (but legally) stripped the board of any governing power right before DeSantis’ appointed board took control. And DeSantis’ board took a while to figure it out. They have no governing authority for the next three decades. The Governor of Florida has a lot of resources, but Disney has more. Funny DeSantis thought he would outsmart the Mouse. The Governor’s people are saying they can figure a way around it, but my guess is it is all pretty ironclad considering the legal resources at the disposal of Disney.
