So……. Iwent to the Dr. on Wednesday to have a physical, first one in like 6 years. My blood pressure was 165/98 !!!!!😳
They have me doing a BP Log, exercising, eating better, and want me to come back in 2 weeks to evaluate things and come up with a plan.
That said, I suck at eating healthy. Mostly because I can only think of a handful of things to eat and I eventually get tired of eating the same stuff over and over.
So…. Hit me with your best health recipes.
I need meal ideas and snack ideas.
