RECRUITING Note on JJ Pegues...

The four-star tight end just left his official visit to Auburn. The Tigers, Pegues said, are back on top – Pegues said last week all three of his finalists (Alabama, Ole Miss) were even.

Pegues will take an official visit to Alabama next weekend and an official visit to Ole Miss the following weekend. He'll announce his commitment on Signing Day (Dec. 18).

Auburn continues to be the team to beat.
