Alabama Supreme Court tells them to resume construction on the bridge. Beach Xpress promptly changes fee to $5 if you don't have a beach Xpress pass. Guess they are gonna juice everyone they can, while they can.
And check out this drama between orange beach and gulf shores about this new bridge. Sounds like the mayor of ob is bought and paid for by the chinese company that owns the existing toll. OB and their toll partner say they will drop the suit and let them build the bridge if ob and the existing toll company can control it and the tolls for its first 50 years(supposed to be free). Mayor of gulf shores is bringing it.
