I have used them several times for many different tickets but never had a hitch. I bought 2 cheap extras for UMass last Monday and even though Stubhub emailed me 3 times, the actual seller never transferred the mobile tickets. I called last Wednesday and they said give them up to a week to investigate. WTF? Strange deal and just wondering if anyone ever had a similar issue and how it turned out.
