Water pipeline? We have gas and oil lines all over the country, but why is there no water line? California is in desperate need. Boston had way too much snow. Would be nice if you could transport water from areas that have too much to areas in need. Look at all the flooding in Louisville, it would be nice to get that in some aqueduct or pipe and send to another area of the country.
