I assume it is time for the climate change folks to start saying all the good we have done is making a difference. It appears La Nina is on the way out. We can finally get some rain out west and less severe storms in the Atlantic. Thank goodness for all the hard work of the American people to make it happen for us. In fact I want to personally thank Joe Biden and his climate Czar.
