Why has the bunker always turned its nose up at mention of James Franklin every time we have a coaching search?

Would have had PSU in the 12 team playoff 4 times during his tenure and it looks like they’re on track to be in it this year.

Hasn’t had the best recruiting classes (couple of top 10s and one top 5), but state college isn’t exactly surrounded by a recruiting hot bed.

Just curious why we don’t like the idea of him?
