Why doesn’t the Republican PA & WI State Legislatures want Mail Ballots…

…counted by Election Day so we don’t need days to find out the winner? Weird. I know PA changed their law before 2020 Election Day to appease Trump when Trump came out against mail ballots. I’m not sure on WI. Can we all agree this is dumb and political?
