They did! Lol. He defied the subpoena. He lied about what he still had. So first they asked for the materials back voluntarily and he gave back about half of it claiming it was sent to his residence by mistake. They then figured out he had more. They did a subpoena for it. Trump defied it. They were then forced to do a search warrant after they got recent Intel he still had classified material having to do with national defense and therefore national security. Dude isn’t fit to serve in any office dealing with anything classified.
