who have done this. Did you micro manage, contract it all or sub it in parts? I would think it would drive me NUTS. People I have worked with are so obsessed that they had trouble with keeping up at work.....and I certainly understand why. No way I could manage such a process. Congrats if you are able to build the home of your dreams.
