While we're on the topic of Grass .... What should I do re: Zoysia Meyer/Z52

I put some new sod down last year .... It's looking great except for one spot that gets the most sunlight & traffic.
I put some Weed & Feed down about 2 months ago. I feel like I should do something else.

I haven't one ounce of Green in my thumb. Any ideas for maintenance?
I live in Homewood if there's a place I should go to instead of Lowes
