I thought they were going to pay players cash for weekend fun. You know, 500 here, 500 there.

Arky just signed Johnell Davis for over 1 million. Mind blowing. Why don't they just call it what it is.. a semi pro league. They should require them to at least graduate with a 2-year degree. Pay them at the end.

I'm not bitter, they do deserve something, but I'm about to check out of college sports.

"Davis signed an NIL deal with Arkansas worth “north of $1 million,” according to Goodman. That would put him in line with the biggest NIL earners in the transfer portal so far. Indiana reportedly paid center Oumar Ballo — another consensus top-3 portal recruit — $1.2 million for his commitment earlier in April."
