We needed to make a big splash and commit some finances to getting a good QB from the portal. Cam Ward would have been ideal, but anybody good would have been better than doing nothing. It sends a message to all recruits that we are serious and we are back with swagger.
Instead, we did nothing. Too cheap to make the proper investment needed to secure the future of Auburn football. We were cheap. Thanks for stepping up boosters who made this moment possible.
