It is stringy, chewy, tough and has no flavor. We have tried to find better but can't. Any ideas?

Update: Bought Chuck Roast, had it ground into hamburger meat. I will never buy pre-ground meat again.
Made a simple patty to try. It had more flavor, no gristle etc and it was not chewy. It also did not have any of those chemicals the stories add to keep the meat red longer.

It is like the difference in a produce stand tomato and a store bought tomato.
